POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

The policies and procedures listed here are intended to be applicable to all participants of Virgin Platform International ltd.
A. The registration and payment of service fee by a customer entitles such customer to Virgin Platform International ltd product service and also the privilege to recommend other potential customers and get a commission where applicable. All commissions are instantly paid into customers e-wallets which customers by themselves, transfer the amount to their bank accounts domiciled with our partner bank, Wallet Microfinance Bank ltd, whenever they want to.
B. Virgin Platform International Limited reserves the exclusive right of the interpretation of the Virgin platform International Products, Services and Compensation plan.
C. Any customer, who recommends Virgin Platform International ltd services to a new customer, must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory role in ensuring that the new customer understands Virgin Platform International activities.
D. Virgin Platform International ltd customer must attain the legal age of 18 years before they can apply for membership on our business platform.
E. A Customer/member is a person who has completed a Virgin Platform International ltd Registration form, agree to our Terms and Conditions and has been accepted by Virgin Platform International ltd as an active customer on the Virgin Platform e-business. Virgin Platform International ltd reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as a customer.
F. Both Virgin Platform International and Customers acknowledge that this is NOT a multi-level marketing platform but where Customers make Referrals; he is being compensated with Referral Commission when the customer he referred does a commission business activity.
G. Customers understand and agree that Virgin Platform International ltd pays commission to its customers only when a profitable business activity takes place.
H. Virgin Platform International members shall not advertise Virgin Platform International activities except it is specifically approved by Virgin Platform International Limited.
I. A customer, as an independent entity, is fully responsible for all of his/her verbal and written statements made regarding Virgin Platform International ltd not expressly contained in writing in the current agreement, and materials supplied directly by Virgin Platform International Limited
J. Virgin platform international ltd shall be entitled to change activities and programs at any time and without notice, and to make changes in the statement of policy and procedures.
K. Customers are to buy and sell all ours and their products by themselves.
L. A customer agrees to indemnify Virgin Platform International Limited and hold it harmless from any and all liabilities including judgments, civil penalties, refunds, attorney’s fees, court costs or losses incurred by Virgin Platform International Limited as a result of such customer’s unauthorized representations of Virgin Platform International ltd.
M. Customers are independent and are not to be considered as purchasers of company share. The agreement between Virgin Platform International ltd and its customers does not create joint venture between Virgin Platform International ltd and the Customers. Each customer shall hold harmless Virgin Platform International ltd from any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of the customers business activities. Virgin platform International ltd customers have no authority in any form to bind Virgin Platform International ltd to any obligation.
N. All qualified customers have the right to recommend others. In addition, every person has the ultimate right to choose who recommends him/her. However, if two customers should claim to have recommended the same new customer, Virgin Platform International shall regard the first application received by the corporate home office as controlling. Deceptive or misleading claims regarding the opportunity or service are prohibited.
O. The customers shall safeguard and promote the good reputation of Virgin Platform International in their activities and shall stand clear of any conduct which might be harmful to the reputation of Virgin Platform International and any other projects / departments of Virgin Platform International Limited and shall avoid all, deceptive, misleading or unethical behavior during the customer relationship activities.
P. Virgin Platform International Limited will not permit the use of its designs, logos, trade names, trademarks, etc. without its prior written permission.
Q. Only when the product is available in stock before a Customer can transact on. Once a product is out of stock, customer MUST wait for its availability. Virgin Platform cannot guarantee consistent availability of all indicated products for sell as it also relies on its Partners for products availability and stocking.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions, including privacy policy and all rules herein and any subsequent updates, reviews and amendments approved by Virgin Platform Limited Board of Directors shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
